1. Acceptance of Terms

3.3 Account Security Obligations

You agree to take reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized access to your account, including:

4.2 Withdrawals

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

You agree not to use the 07ph22 platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity. Accounts used primarily for depositing and withdrawing funds without significant gaming activity may be subject to investigation and potential closure.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

By accepting any bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable bonus terms.

Detection of bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonuses, cancellation of associated winnings, and may lead to permanent account closure. We reserve the right to withhold or reclaim any bonus at our sole discretion if we believe it has been claimed fraudulently or in violation of bonus terms.

6. Gaming Conduct and Fair Play

6.1 Prohibited Activities

Violation of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.

6.2 Game Integrity

Game results are determined by RNG algorithms that have been tested and certified by independent auditing firms to meet industry standards for randomness and fairness.

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, technical issues, server outages, or software errors may occasionally occur. In the event of a game malfunction or error that affects game results, 07ph22 reserves the right to void affected wagers and restore accounts to their pre-error state. 7. Intellectual Property Rights

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 07ph22 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors in the Service

In no event shall 07ph22's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you paid to 07ph22 in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or PHP 5,000, whichever is greater.

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. 07ph22 is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through your use of the Service. You agree to gamble responsibly and within your financial means.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting our customer support team. We will work in good faith to reach an amicable resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiations within thirty (30) days, either party may initiate formal dispute resolution proceedings. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Philippines, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. You agree to waive any objection to venue in such courts and any claim that such courts are an inconvenient forum.

10. Changes to Terms

07ph22 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time in our sole discretion. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. We may also notify you via email or through a notification on the Service.

Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service and close your account. 11. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance subject to completion of applicable wagering requirements and verification procedures. 07ph22 is not responsible for any funds left in closed accounts.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or any applicable laws
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Provision of false information during registration or verification
• Failure to provide requested verification documents
• Periods of account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) months

In the event of account termination for cause, any remaining balance may be forfeited. If your account is terminated without cause, any remaining balance will be returned to you subject to completion of verification procedures.

12. General Provisions

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific services, constitute the entire agreement between you and 07ph22 regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Waiver: No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account to any third party without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms to any affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Force Majeure: 07ph22 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or internet service provider failures.
